Time for the Biblical Approach...(nablopomo day#6)
Sometimes I get writer's block and can't think of a thing to write about, but not this week. There are so many topics which interest me and some which enrage me. Among the latter is the continuing saga of the "Arab-Israeli Conflict," which to me is a misnomer; it is really (and always has been) an Arab conflict against the Jews, whom they do not want in what they think of as 'their' territory. Apropos this, in December a delegation of the RCP (the Rabbinical Council for Peace ) met with the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, James Cunningham, and presented a petition for the United States to "reassess it's entire policy towards the Palestinians and Israelis." They said that, in light of the poor results of every so-called "peace plan" proposed and implemented over the years, it was time to try the " Biblical Approach " to the dispute over the land of Israel.
